Baja California's San Pedro Mártir National Park is located 150 miles south of the US/Mexico border, about 50 miles east of Highway 1, and about 25 miles east of Meling Ranch.
Much of the park is above 8000 feet in elevation, with the highest peak reaching 10,069 feet.
As such, there is a wide variety of mountain birds found there.
These birds were found next to the entrance to the park, in August of this year:
