I was photographing hummingbirds coming to the flowers on this plant at the Bird and Butterfly Garden in San Diego's Tijuana River Valley, when I noticed an Orange-crowned Warbler feeding at one of the flowers, deep inside the bush. I immediately trained my camera on the warbler, and after it flew away I realized I'd captured this shot. Nice to be lucky!
The blurred surroundings are caused by out-of focus foliage surrounding the small opening I was shooting through.
