Kingbirds, like other insect feeding birds, will often return to the same perch. This was one of three or four perches favored by this bird during the ten minutes that I was observing and photographing it.

 

Yellow Warbler

A Yellow Warbler, partially lit by the last rays of the late afternoon sun. The yellow glow beneath the bird is from light colored vegetation being lit by the sun.
